The Roundtable
Power Move: Bold Leadership, Smart Innovation, Future Cities
At the U.S. Roundtable, we believe that real change happens when bold leaders challenge the status quo. Our Power Move initiative is about action—mobilizing champion mayors, technology innovators, and strategic partners to transform cities through innovation, digital equity, and sustainable impact. We work alongside mayors who refuse to accept limitations, reimagining what’s possible and rebuilding communities with cutting-edge solutions. From AI-driven public safety to next-generation infrastructure and smart city frameworks, we integrate technology into governance in a way that empowers people, strengthens communities, and modernizes city services. Our approach is clear: we don’t just consult—we lead, implement, and drive results that matter.
Power Moves are bold, intentional, and transformative. They happen when leaders take decisive action, when public and private sectors align, and when technology becomes a tool for inclusion rather than division. Through strategic partnerships and innovative policies, we help cities navigate complex challenges, enhance operational efficiencies, and create forward-thinking solutions that serve all residents. Whether it’s expanding broadband access, deploying AI for smarter governance, or developing green technologies for sustainable urban growth, the U.S. Roundtable is making power moves that redefine the future of cities.

ELEVATEGOV AI
A National Movement to Empower Cities Through Responsible AI
ElevateGov AI is a national initiative launched by The U.S. Roundtable and Elevate Cities to help mayors and city leaders responsibly integrate and scale artificial intelligence across the United States. Announced on the global stage at the Smart City Expo World Congress 2025 in Barcelona and developed in collaboration with NVIDIA, Dell Technologies, and more than 100 U.S. mayors, the program focuses on AI readiness, sovereign infrastructure, community trust, and operational deployment. ElevateGov AI provides cities with a comprehensive framework to ensure AI is transparent, ethical, and centered on measurable community impact, while giving technology partners a direct platform to co create trusted civic solutions. Launching in 2026, the program brings mayors, technologists, and industry innovators together through quarterly national sessions, hands on workshops, and advisor office hours led by former mayors and civic executives. The initiative culminates in an in person summit in Long Beach, California, with insights published in quarterly white papers and the Sovereign AI Playbook debuting at Smart City Expo World Congress 2026. As one of the nation’s most collaborative public private efforts, ElevateGov AI strengthens civic trust, accelerates responsible urban innovation, and prepares cities to build safer, smarter, and more resilient communities for the future. |
